To achieve this, we rely on two "ingredients" :
First of all, our Know-how comes from our vast experience from working in the luxury hotel industry and wonderful world of gastronomy, enriched by training received from the very top chefs throughout this time.
Further, we have had the extraordinary chance to evolve and train in a country such as France and in particular, in our region where Provencal and Mediterranean influences, impact the choices of our ingredients to make up our menus.
Everything plays its part: the vast beautiful clear blue skies and the sea, the gentleness of the breeze and the sun, the hills covered with vineyards and olive trees, the scent of lavender and rosemary in full blossom; these all have an important role to play in the inspiration behind the creation of our recipes.
We draw all these things together to give you a moment that will be captured in your memories for years to come.

sl5_1 FAMILY EVENTS You are looking for a place where the emphasis on the art of living will transform your reception. The Institute will be at your disposal. At the heart of an authentic stone building built at the foot of “one of the most beautiful villages in France” we will create for you an exceptional moment for your special event. The Chefs at the Institute will offer you different menus, inspired by our region. The hall shall be adapted according to your expectations and needs.
iStock_000004518968Large FESTIVE EVENTS You wish to organise an event for birthdays, or just to share in a beautiful moment. The Institute opens its doors to you for organising these unique special moments around a cookery class followed by a tasting evening where you can sample your own creation. Surprise your guests and friends in this most charming place in the midst of Provence.
sl10_1 COMPANY EVENTS You wish to entertain your business clients in a truly original way, thank and motivate your teams, or offer original "foodie" gifts. The Institute allows you to be especially innovative in proposing culinary company events, such as, “The competition for the best team” or our "Tasting class". You will learn to cook in a convivial setting and be advised and taught by our professional top chefs, and you will be able to organize events for 10 to 100 persons in our charming space in the midst of Provence.
sl30_1 COOKERY LESSONS Many different formulas are offered to you: single classes lasting two and a half hours, culinary mornings with a lunch time tasting session where you will be able to sample your own creation, gastronomical evenings with a tasting evening where you sample your creations and will learn the Art of Dining
