Nicolas Denis - Pastry Chef of more than twenty years has worked in major five star hotels in Paris, on the Cote d’Azur and the South of France

Elise Allongue Decorator/ Interior Designer of ten years, six of those spent working in luxury hotels.
Continuing Education Courses for Pros. Classic cooking and pastry making courses with emphasis on current trends and techniques. All classes led by champions of prestigious professional culinary industry competitions such as Meilleur Ouvrier de France and chefs etoiles, i.e., chefs honored with Michelin stars.
Cooking courses focusing on the specialties of Provence. Pastry courses for adults and children. All of our entertaining and rewarding courses are led by classically trained professional French chefs. Gift certificates are available for those who wish to offer a cooking or pastry making course as a memorable gift. Catering and event planned on site at the Institut and throughout the Var.
